I have unsuccessfully tried to get my wireless kit to
fully install. I have Microsoft Windows Millenium and I
get to the point when I hook up my base station, I get:
1. If your computer is running either a software firewall
or other Internet Security software, disable it now.
2. Restore the factory default setting to your base
station.

I don't have a firewall software installed and only have
norton antivirus on it. What is the problem I am having
and how do I correct it? Up to that point, I have
internet connection but as soon as I connect the base
station up through my cable modem, there is no internet
connection.
