When starting an error message appears. Required .dll file
missing, cannot find YGXA_2.dll, I cannot find this in
support. Does anyone have an idea what this may be? Any
help will be appreciated. Thanks

This is a response from someone who seems to have solved the missing
YGXA_2.DLL problem

Hi Alan,

as I promised: this is what I did about the ERROR
YGXA:

I downloaded the missing file (http://www.dll-files.com).
The file was about the second from the bottom.
I got a different error this time (Yahoo Messenger),
when I re-booted my computer.
I deleted the Yahoo Messenger (My Computer/C:/Program
Files/Yahoo/Messenger).
When I got to the Messenger, I highlighted the icon
and clicked DELETE on the KEYBOARD.
And now I am home free.
Again, Thank you so much for your help.
Yaro

You'll need to contact Symantec for more information (this is specific to
Norton)
