missing tab

I am using I.E 5.O in Windows 2000 Pro. Recently I found
that the Advanced Tab in the Options dialog is missing.
Is there any way in restoring it. I tried re-installing
I.E and even upgrading to I.E 5.5, but the Advanced
settings Tab is still missing. Pl. let me know if there is
any way in restoring this tab.
