MOMSDK user containing 1.5Gb temp files

Hi,

In my enviorment profile for MOMSDK user is very big. As i checked the
profile there is TEMP folder consuming 1.53GB space.

Can i delete temprary file from
C:\Do***ents and Settings\momsdk.<domain name>\Local Settings\Temp

Please suggest..........
