Get ERROR 25203: Failed to Import management packs. Verify that the files
[PATH]\MomWssMP.akm exists and that you have at least read access to it.
Error Code: -2147219767 (IDispatch error #1225).

I am using a local admin account to run install.

Hi George,

Can you tell me what version of MOM that you are running? Is this MOM 2000
Sp1 or 2005?

What I could find on your error was the following:

Once cause: Machine group that was created by customer with the same name
as a Microsoft
provided Machine group: Microsoft Cluster Servers. So, if you have a
computer group that you created with this name and you are importing a MP
that has this same name you would get this error. The Resolution: Before
importing the AKM rename the duplicate machine group so that the conflict
does not occur.

Another set of causes that I found are the following:
When importing an MP that is read only causes this error.
When exporting an MP trying to over write an existing MP that is read only
produces this error.
