Monitoring SQL Server Agent Alerts

In MoM 2005 is possible to configure the SQL Management Pack to monitor
the SQL Server Agent Alerts for any SQL Alerts that have been raised?

Gee, I assumed that it did just that as part of it's extensive alert
management. Can you provide an example to show where it's not?
