What does the error nca_s_fault_context_mismatch mean?

I'm trying to do the following:
1. Bind to a server
2. Open the SCManager
3. Create a service

I can successfully do everything but the third. The response from the third
is nca_s_fault_context_mismatch.

My Context ID is the same for all of the above, as well as my call ID. Does
anybody have any idea?

Sorry to bother everyone. I have fixed my problem. My problem was that my
context handle was not correct in the create service stub.
