networking Win95 with WinXP

Hi Could anyone please advise solution of connecting a
new XPhome computer with 2 Win95 that will share one
program and printer. The 2 Win95 computers are presently
networked. Have been told only solution would be two new
computers with WinXp systems for each. Would Steve
Winograd's reply to anonymous be my solution?

In case you're still looking for an answer -- Netbeui.
Use that protocol between XP and 95/98. Make sure all
machines are in same workgroup or domain.
