Microsoft CRM v1.2 does not allow you to customize any activities such as
tasks to change things like the default time duration within the activity.
This is true for all activities and cases. The reason for this is that it
is built into the code which does not have any system customization
functionality. This could possibly change for CRM V2.0 which would allow
the customization of activities.
