Default No Visits?

For some reason, when my Data Warehouse Imports run each night, it is
not recording any visits in the VisitInfo table. There is plenty of
information in the HitsInfo table, just nothing in the VisitInfo
table.

What could be causing this?

Do you have a registereduser class/table in your Data Warehouse? Are there
any event log errors? Are you seeing new users in the LogUser table?

Yes, there is a RegisteredUser table, and it is populated.
There were no errors in the event log.

The LogUser table is empty.
Also, the IPRef table only has one entry in it for 0.0.0.0

So, it looks like these tables are required to link data to visits.
What could cause these tables not to get imported? I run all the Data
Warehouse DTS tasks every night just after midnight.

I have the dictConfig.i_FormLoginOptions set to
FORCE_LOGIN_ON_ENTRANCE in the Commerce Server manager, so that all
users on my site are required to log in before they can get anywhere.
Could this have anything to do with it?

Thanks for your help.

Do your web entries have MSCSAuth or MSCSProfile tickets in them? Have you
modified the UserObject profile in any way?

Yes, just about all of the requests in the Web log file have an
MSCSAuth or MSCSProfile in the querystring or cookie.

I have made a few changes to the user object profile. Mostly, I just
added new fields.

I think I have tracked the problem down. We changed IP addresses on
the site, shortly after putting it into production. However, I didn't
change the IP Address in the Commerce Server Manager.

In the LogImportJobSummary table, that was reflected by 100% of the
hits being counted in the "TotalBadServerCount" column.

Thanks for your help.
