Default Orange faults

in article #ezmx53TDHA.2252@TK2MSFTNGP12.phx.gbl, Gav at

Orange will only send out reconditioned phones under warranty/insurance, so
its possible that any phone that gets sent out could develop a fault, due to
the fact that it has already had a fault at some point in order to be
returned.

It's for this exact reason (i.e. that replacement phones are reconditioned)
that I have not returned my phone yet - whilst it has played up and I'll
generally have at least one problem per day, I at least know how to get
round for most of these which may not be the case with a replacement handset

My fear is however that I am going away travelling soon and i need something
which is going to be reliable - at the moment, I am not sure I can trust the
SPV to be up to the job...hmmm...
