Outlook express message rules

Is there a way to modify an "out of office" rule to apply
to ALL except those with a line "do not reply" in the
subject line?

You will need to ask this in an Outlook Express Group (found under Internet
Explorer) as it is not a part of office, but IE and the operating system.
