We are using Exchange 2003 on a Server 2003 domain
controller. Outlook web access had been working fine for
over 6 months. Recently we discovered that when we try
to access public folders through OWA we receive a "Page
cannot be found" error. It is HTTP Error 404 - File or
directory not found (IIS). I applied Exchange 2003 SP1,
rebooted, and the problem went away. 2 days later
(today) we started getting the same error again. We are
also running Microsoft CRM on this server. We recently
re-IPed the network, but OWA was running fine in the days
immediately following that. We can access these folders
through the regular Outlook client. Any suggestions
would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
