Hi,

I'm building a DW for a Service & Asset management system. In such a
system there are calls, Changes, Problems, quotations, actions, tasks
and subtasks.

There is some hierarchy in this terms. So will a Call lead to one or
more actions. This will probably lead to tasks and perhaps subtasks. A
record in the Sercvice & asset management system will start with a
Call, change, Problems or a quotation. But it's also probable that a
call lead to a change.

So i need to build some hierarchy and cross referencing in the
facttable.

A collegea wants to build a bridge table (?) with the same fact (1:n
relation). This would bring a hierarchy in the calls (offcourse) but i
think it's not the way to do it..but who am i...Could someone give me
some advice about this...
