Partition Resizing

Have NT 4.0 Server, 2 HD's, RAID 1 (Mirroring) with the following partitions showing in this order:
DOS 55MB; Sys 2GB; Data 5.9GB; 643MB Free. The Data partition is full. Sys Partition is only using 648 MB with 1.3 GB free. I want to reduce the Sys partition to 1 GB and extend the Data partition by that 1 GB. Can do ?
