Pc Anywhere, modem problems and Netscape 7.1

Hi,

I inherited NT workstation on a old PC at work. I'm having trouble getting
Pc Anywhere and Netscape 7.1 to run. I have NT 4.0 with service pack 4.

One error is ordinal 77 is missing and I should download SP 5. Will this be
the one and only solution to my problems or will I have trouble using Pc
Anywhere on a NT machine?
