PCHealth Folder

How can I remove the PCHealth folder under Windows (using
Windows Me). I keep removing the PCHealth scheduled task,
but everytime I restart my computer, the PCHealth
scheduled tasks, and keeps readjusitng itself to run every
few minutes. I delete the task and it comes back. It is
slowing down my PC. When I try to delete the PCHealth
folder, it denies access. Help pelase.
