Per User CAL from Transition not working

I did that right after posting my question and it did the trick. One odd thing though. After successfully logging on with my user cals, the TS License Manager does not show them as allocated.

Should it?

Not currently. User CALs are not managed at present, meaning the license
server doesn't allocate them or track them. I'm certain that Microsoft will
fix this in the future, but in th emean time it is your responsibility to
make certain that you are complying with your licensing.
