I am trying to use BTARN 3.0 in order to process PIP3C3 messages. I have
successfully installed and configured BTARN 3.0. What do I need to do in
order to configure a rudimentary system that can accept PIP3C3 do***ents on
my server?

The complete procedure to incorporate a new PIP is mentioned in BizTalk
Accelerator for RosettaNet Help in Working with PIPs section.
Follow this procedure to incorporate PIP3C3.
