Default Removing Source Control SP's

Does anyone know how to keep SQL Server from automatically
adding those source control sp's (they all begin with dt_)
to newly created database.

David,

Those procedures are created when you try to create a db diagram for the
first time. If they are created in the model database, then they get created
in any new db, since any new db gets all objects from the model db. Get a
clean copy of the model db or drop them manually fro the model db (and drop
the dtproperties table as well).
