reporting permissions on directory/file structure

Can someone point me to a tool that is able to create reports on user
permissions on win 2003 file server?

I would like to make reports on file server and give reports to departments
to check if it is OK?

Do a search on Google for DUMPACL.
This a good tool, but I do not know if it is compatable
with 2003.
