Default Restoring SQL Server 7.0

I am a Network Administrator for my company. We have a
few SQL servers in the building but we have no DBA's to
take care of them. So I am creating disaster recovery
plans in case the server goes down.

We are running NT 4.0 with SQL Server 7.0. I backup the
Server and SQL DB's using Arcserve 2000 with the SQL Svr
agent. So far I have been unsucessful in my attemps to
restore the server in testing.

What I am trying to do is restore the NT 4.0 server as a
whole and by using the Arcserve SQL svr agent, overlay the
DB's onto the SQL server. The problems I am running into
is the SQL server will not start after I restore the NT
4.0 Server. So I uninstalled SQL server and reinstalled.
The SQL Server comes up now but I cannot get a restore to
work properly.

Does anyone have any restore instructions or SQL disaster
recovery do***ents I can read. Any websites that might
help?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Eric
