Safe Mode on every boot up???

I have BOotMagic installed. Everytime I turn on the comp, after the
Bootmagic screen, I get the start by 1> regular 2>safe mode, 3> etc.

How do i stop this? Is this harmful in any way?

Click "Start", "Run", type "msconfig" and click "OK". Click on the "Advanced"
tab and make sure "Enable Startup Menu" is not checked. If it is, uncheck it,
click "OK", then "OK" again.
