Default SendMail Failed

I'm trying to set up the SendMail sample from SDK, but no luck. The error
message is "The transport failed to connect to the server".

My system is fine to sent mail via SmtpMail class.

I know this is a configuration problem, but don't have the answer.

Thanks for any help,

Default SendMail Failed

hi..

as you are using a Dynamic port, you must specify all required parameters to
send the mail...
so, you need to add the SmTP Server to message context.... some like this:

POMessageOut(SMTP.Subject)="Your PO
"+POMessageIn(Microsoft.Samples.BizTalk.SendMail.P ONumber)+" received";
POMessageOut(SMTP.SMTPHost) = "YourSMTPServer"; //<-- add this line

this is a problem of SDK example.....

regards !

You can also set the SMTP Server on the Send Handler
Biztalk Administrator -> Adapters -> SMTP -> SendHandlers ->
<hostname> ->Properties -> Properties Tab

This is the default for the SMTP adapter for that host instance.
It can be overridden in a static send port config or by specifying the
SMTP.SMTPHost on the message as Carlos has pointed out
