I can recreate the RAID array on the server, do a new
installation of the operating system and copy data on the
new disk.
How can I copy the share information, the share permission
and the security permission of the directory?

everything to a point in

Well, you could follow one of the other recommendations in this thread,
or use one of my suggestions. If you maintain a regular image w/
PowerQuest's DeployCenter or some other imaging tool, you will be able
to restore your entire server installation in a matter of about 15
minutes or so. The drawback to imaging is that the image file is one
massive file and you have to down the server to do it.

Backing up the registry key that chris recommended is also a good idea.

Yes, ok, I hoped to find a solution into the OS. I saw the
PowerQuest solution in another case. Remain the 'only'
solution for this problem, I think. The key registry Chris
suggested don't restore the security permission.

Thanx!

in this thread,

image w/

will be able

about 15

file is one

also a good idea.
