Vidro,

They are not the same product but Forms Server is built on SharePoint.

Default Share point vs Forms server


Here is my earlier reply to your earlier post. (I can see both threads)

The Forms Server is a server which offers support for Forms Services.

Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 is a server-based system that
includes support for Forms Services.

(note the difference between Forms Server and Forms Services!)
