Sharing Calendars Across Orgs.

Hi All,

Does anybody know of a way (software, exchange setup, etc) to share
these across Orgs?

I am a bit stuck, trusts can be set up if need be. Running Ex 5.5 NT4

Does this also do personal Calendars as well ?

Free/busy and Public Folder replication can be setup across the
organizations.
