Default Shift Bypass Key Enable/Disable Inquiry

I have found the code to enable/disable the shift bypass
key. I have a few questions about using it in a multi-
user environment. I'm getting confused.

We are XP OS, A02. I have many DBs on the S drive for
many users. Not a programmer, but have user level
security with groups having various permissions. I have
the ShowDBWindow disabled in the Tools, Startup area.
Want to further lock them down with no Shift Key Bypass.

Is the disable PC or DB specific? It seems I've seen
both. Wonder if someone can give me a few tips on this or
point me to an article?

Thanks to for all the GREAT help I have received in the
newsgroups!

It's specific to the database.
