Some Appointments or Meetings May Not Appear in Your Calendar

Microsoft Knowledge Base Article - 811949

I have similar problems and need to know how to get the
fix. The problem was first noticed with Office 2000.
Upgraded to Office 2002/XP and the problem continued.
