SSL Resumption

I am trying to see how many times an SSL certificate is
negotiated. Is there anyway to view when a certificate
has been negotiated (I have full logging on and can't see
it, I have also perused the Performance Monitor)? Or, is
there anyway to see if SSL resumption is being used?
