Repair man erased everything on my hard drive & put back
what I had, but now I do not have Word, Excel or any of
the programs that came with my computer, plus I bought
Access that came with several other programs & had them
installed on my computer. I read that the System Recovery
disc will put back things that were on my computer, but it
will erase everything there now. He has put on some virus
protection and blockers, etc. Will the System Recovery
put back my programs for sure?

Would appreciate any assistance.
