I have set the task bar to "auto hide" and "always on top". But every time
that I reboot it doesn't work "on top" until I reselect it. Has anyone any
ideas of how to fix this.

Auto Hide
When you reboot your computer if the focus is on any icon on the desktop,
the task bar is hidden, to make it visible move the focus on to it. it will
appear on the spot where you set it, right, left, bottom or top of the
screen.
