TS hang with one app running

I hace one location with a medical application running on
it. The remote location will have no more that 3 users
logged in at one time, but recintly one one system will
connect using RDP from a XP Pro compputer. after about an
hour the application hangs and freezes up the system, she
has to end task and rebbot then it will be fine for a
while. This is becomming a big problem and any help will
be great.

how is their Internet connection? Is ithappening on other clients? look at
the connection.
