Default Turn off - Context Sensitive Menus

I am faced with training users how to cope with a recent
rollout of Windows XP and Office XP.

Although there seems little resistence to the progressive
software changes, I am receiving a number of complaints
regarding the context sensitive menus only displaying the
most recently used items, within applications. The
bottom of the menu chevrons are too much for them.

If memory serves me correctly you could turn this feature
off in Office 2000 / Windows 2000. I have searched the
help files, and the expert zone within Microsoft.com - is
there a way to show static menus rather than the dynamic
(short) menus?

My users can't cope with the change!

In any application, Tools->Customize->Options tab. Always show full menus.
