In any application, Tools->Customize->Options tab. Always show full menus.

| I am faced with training users how to cope with a recent
| rollout of Windows XP and Office XP.
|
| Although there seems little resistence to the progressive
| software changes, I am receiving a number of complaints
| regarding the context sensitive menus only displaying the
| most recently used items, within applications. The
| bottom of the menu chevrons are too much for them.
|
| If memory serves me correctly you could turn this feature
| off in Office 2000 / Windows 2000. I have searched the
| help files, and the expert zone within Microsoft.com - is
| there a way to show static menus rather than the dynamic
| (short) menus?
|
| My users can't cope with the change!
