all of suden when i submit a message, it errors out with
the following message. has anyone encountered this? I
can't even get the xlang to fire up, it directly goes to
suspendedQ. any ideas?

Default Unspecified error

Although the error is unspecified, the 0x80004005 error code indicates
Access Denied.
It could be that the BizTalk service user may not have the correct
permissions to access the InterchangeBTM, InterchangeDTA, or InterchangeSQ
databases in SQL. Do other do***ents going through the BizTalk server work
fine? If so, then it is not a database access issue.

If you are using a file receive function to submit to the RNGlobal channel,
then the BizTalk service user may not have permissions on the file location
or file your are submitting.

How exactly are you submitting to BizTalk? Does it work fine using a file
receive function to pick up, validate the do***ent, and then write back to
file? How about if you change the to passthrough? Are you getting errors
then?

Thanks,
