Updating Office 2003

Regardless of the fact that the update is critial or not, I have approved it
for install, and therefore it _should_ show up as need or installed on the
machines that have Outlook2003 installed (the same machines that show it is
required via the online office update site).

For the moment it shows as Not Needed on every one of my machines, and
several of those I know have the patch manually installed!

Should add this works fine on another of my networks where Office was
installed from CD rather than a patched admin install point.
