Upgrade from Exchange 2k to Exchange 2003 - Info Store Won't Start
Ok, got it fixed...
Here is what the problem was. The Symantec Filtering for MS Exchange
product was the culprit and was too early a version. I removed the AntiVirus
Mail filter and low and behold the Information Store service started and all
the other Event Log errors went away. Here are the links from MS and
Symantec on the issue. In order to continue AntiVirus Mail Filtering we need
to upgrade our Symantec Mail Filter for Exchange.
