Upgrading from 6.5

Does anyone know where I can get detailed information on
compatibility/upgrade issues between SQL Server 6.5 and
2000? I can only find a "White paper" from MS that's
barely a start, but nothing more.

I've set up my server and imported my data and objects.
Now I need to test and want to make sure I don't miss
anything.
