It's not absolutely impossible but it is highly impractical. The best way is if you own the driver. Then you simply modify the ISR to behave the way you want it to. If the ISR has callbacks you could use them, just remember you will always be at DIRQL, and you are of course dependent on when and if the ISR calls it's callbacks. What are you trying to do?
