Urgent Error

Hi all,

I had server crash down. Now from a .bak I am have
restored the database, but when i am trying to make any
changes into a table of the database it gives me this
error can any one help me in this.

Error Description:
Another user has modified the contents of this table or
view; the database row you are modifying no longer exists
in database

What tool are you using when you receive that error?
Have you tried looking into the ALTER TABLE command? You can execute this command from Query ****yzer.
