Default Urgent solution needed please

I am running exchange 5.5 on windows 2000 member server
with all the latest service packs and updates.
I installed the Outlook web access (OWA) on the same
server for the internet users to get their emails.
Now since I changed the local administrator password and
restarting the server I could not get the outlook web
access page for some reason. The browser reports HTTP
error 500 and on the server side I can see the error is:

7/25/2003 10:20:11 AM W3SVC Warning None 36
N/A ABC_EXCHANGE The server failed to load
application '/LM/W3SVC/1/ROOT'. The error was 'The server
process could not be started because the configured
identity is incorrect. Check the username and password.

I dont know what to do. Is that happens because of the
changed local administrator login name and password. What
is the solution.
I dont have any trouble on the exchange side. Its working
good and having no problems.
Please help.
Thanks in advance
