W2K SP4 - 12 minute right click problem

Just installed SP4 on W2K pro and noticed that when I right click on some
desktop icons, such as Outlook Express it pretty much locks up the machine
for exactly 12 minutes. Then the menu appears and things work okay until I
try another right click.

Any ideas as to what causes this or how to troubleshoot?
