Default What is the best Domain Functional Level for CRM ?

Hi .. I'm using an AD in Windows 2003 and I want to know if CRM works ok
with Windows Server 2003 functional level or if it has to be Windows 2000
Native ... and if it works with both .. what is the best option and why ?

Besides ... i have installed Exchange 2003 in the same computer than my AD
.... does exchange has to be in a specific mode ? ... or is the exchange mode
irrelevant to CRM ?

Tnks in advance

CRM will work in either 200 Native mode or 2003 Native mode. Exchange doesn't
