I am using the one from Microsoft for the 70-215. I used the Sybex book for
the 70-210 (and passed). MS Press books are like text books - cut and dry
and to-the-point. The Sybex book seemed more personal (a "Fred Rogers" sort
of feel to it!). Both books have a lot of hands on exercises, which is very
good (get your hands on some old equipment and follow along... it's the only
way to get the most out of any publication).

Pesonally, I like the MS Press delivery.
