Default Why is this a valid alert?



Description:
The script 'AD Essential Services Running' failed while determining whether
the service 'NtFrs' was running.
The error returned was 'A system shutdown is in progress.' (0x8007045B)

Default Why is this a valid alert?



It's an error with the script, these happen sometimes. You can find the rule
that generated script alert and turn down the seriousness. Thats what I do.

Default Why is this a valid alert?


Any MOM script that's running when the agent computer is starting up/shutting
down could produce errors like that. The AD MP is especially "noisy" in this
regard. I wouln't turn down the seriousness but rather just educate those
that watch the MOM Ops console or receive these alerts.
