I have Win NT w/Internet Explorer. What I want to know is:
How do you clear every website address you visited from
the address drop down window in Internet Explorer?

In Internet options, under general options tab you can clear history, and
under content tab / autocomplete button, you can clear the data that it has
remembered from filling in boxes on web pages (like google's search box).

This will not actually remove all traces of where you have been (if that is
what you are after, and not just a tidy-up) - some of this history is kept in
a file named index.dat under your user's profile. This file is always open
while you are logged in, and so you cannot normally delete it unless you log
in as a different user that can access that file.
