Default Win2000 advanced server as Consumer OS?

I wonder, weither Windows 2000 Advanced Server is a full feature OS,
for a desktop also. I'm Web Developer and need the Web Server Features
for testing, but I'm not sure, weither I can do all the other stuff
I'm used to with Win2000 Pro. What about Windows 2003 Server, any
experience with this OS on a Desktop/Notebook?

Yes, of course I have installed IIS, besides Apache, Tomcat, Xitami...
But that's not the point. My question is, weither Win2000 advanced
Server has the other features like Win2000 i.e. weither Win2000
advanced server is just an extended Win2000 or is a different OS.
