Hey ~

I would add that it is necessary to take a step back -- you are requesting
that there are portions of your site content (static or application) that
anonymous (ANYONE) has access to that authenticated users do not. Huh?
Authenticated users should be treated as part of the anonymous group,
correct...

With this said, simply give the restricted (or better term - privileged)
users access to BOTH the anonymous content and the restricted content. This
way they can flow back and forth without knowing a thing...
