Do you know where I can go to change these settings (the DNS suffixes
that give me ads.) I have solved the problem concerning the connections
(LAN and Internet) by going in each connection's properties then TCP/IP
then DNS. But I don't know where to look for Windows IP Configuration.

You can change your primary DNS suffix by right clicking
on My Network Places, then right clicking on your
connection (LAN), then click on TCP/IP and select
Properties, then click on Advanced, then click on the DNS
tab. All your DNS suffixs should be listed there.

I'm looking for *Windows* IP Configuration, not the *connections'* IP
Configuration.
