I installed a Windows 2003 Standar Edition server (and configure to be workstation) two weeks ago and and i can't see any problem on using it. but, today i notice that the Title or so called description on some of the menu become symbol. e.
1. Using the Standard Taskbar, when i click on the Start button, on top it should show me the user icon and user name. but now it display as symbol
2. When i try to create a new Web site through the IIS Wizard, the form displayed in symbol. Thare are some standard english form mix into it
3. There are some other form also having the same display. Most of them only appear in MS product and not others

My Hardware Spec
1. P4 2.8E Processo
2. 512MB Ra
3. Radeon 9200 SE AGP car

I had also download and installed all the available patch from windows update site
